I recently stayed and didn’t notice that the rug had a lot of blood stains and as my 6 year old daughter woke up in the morning and I started to pick up the bed I notice dry blood on the quilt and the blanket disgusting and after I spoke to front desk all she told me was that she couldn’t do anything for me because I booked on a third party she send new blankets up that were even more stain this time yellow nasty

This hotel was clean! and we were impressed with it. We had no complaints. Not all the breakfast items were our favorites but it had gluten free items which you rarely see and overall we were pleased with our stay.

It was a wonderful stay. My only complaint is that, we turned down cleaning our room the next day and requested new towels, they said towels were not available. They were being cleaned. So we had to wait hours and go to the front desk and retrieve them ourselves. Other than that the hotel was good.

This was one of the worst experiences. I had my autistic son traveling with me. The toilet kept breaking down, the AC unit went out in the middle of the night, I video taped a roach in the bathroom, and picked up a handfull nails and screws out of the parking lot.

It was overall a good stay. the front desk were very welcoming and the kitchen staff were very cheerful. the major discomfort was that the beds were too soft as well as the pillows. Ive been in other hotels where they offered a variety of pillow firmness. There was nothing I could do about the mattress. Also did not have a hair dryer. but the refrigerator worked well.
