Spacious and comfortable flat - ideal for a family

Nice and spacious flat. Clean and comfortable. About 20/25 minutes walk into the centre of Alghero. Helpful lady running the office below the flat. The only disadvantage was that you cannot arrive until 4pm. Otherwise would recommend.

Large, clean apartment with a private balcony.

The apartment is a good size with a large private balcony. Only a 20 minute walk along the beach to Old Town. There is a couple of supermarkets only a two minute walk away and restaurants and bars are nearby. Overall the apartment is excellent value for money. The only downside is, the walls are thin and the bed is hard.

Schönes, gerĂ€umiges Apartment in StrandnĂ€he. Sehr schön eingerichtet, großzĂŒgige Raumverteilung. Anlage befindet sich inmitten mehrere Hotel-/ Apartementanlagen. FĂŒnf Minuten zum Strand, zwei zum nĂ€chsten Supermarkt. Halbe Stunde in die schöne Altstadt (alles zu Fuß).

Tres grand appart a deux pas de la plage municipale Beaucoup de moyennes surfaces pour les courses dans le quartier A 20 mn du magnifique centre ville historique a voir absolument Parking ferme Dommage la clim est en option: une heresie en Sardaigne au vu des températures caniculaires La plage a 300m ou qq chose du genre Mais en grande partie privatisée, le grabd dada dzs sardes, et il faut bien le dire assez moche: le bord de plage est recouvert de sorte de pelure de cocotier et autres Ca ne fait pas trop envie Preferer des plages a 15 mn en voiture Attention meme debut juillet plages blindées de monde avec un va et vient incessant de vendeurs en tout genre (mais tous gentils et pas insistants) Tres belle etape dans ce logement sympa

Large, nice apartment close to beaches

The apartment was large and had separate rooms and a huge balcony. The apartment was well equipped and we didn't miss anything during our stay. The only drawback from our point of view was the additional cost for air conditioning - all our other stays in Sardinia had it included in the price already

Helt underbara, stora lÀgenheter som perfekt för tvÄ personer. Funktionell lÀgenhet för hem lagning med stor balkong(!!!). NÀra till bÄde strand och supermarket. En 20 minuters strandpromenad bort till gamla stan som Àr skön att gÄ pÄ kvÀllen. Marknad inom 5 minuters gÄngavstÄnd pÄ onsdagar, rekommenderas. Helt OK bemötande, kunde ha varit trevligare. LÀgenheten i sig Àr helt fantastisk!

Appartamento spazioso con arredamento moderno e ben curato, grandissimo terrazzo ottimo per cenare fuori, unico difetto l'oggettistica da cucina una sola padella che era da buttare! per il resto lo consiglio anche come posizione, vicino praticamente a tutto, supermercati, spiaggia, fermate bus, noleggio auto e bici!

TrĂšs déçus par l'accueil ! A mon arrivĂ©e, la personne de l'accueil m'a d'un ton agressif demandĂ© de payer 20 euros puis 12 euros / nuit en plus de ce que j'avais dĂ©jĂ  payĂ© prĂ©textant que le site de rĂ©servation en ligne avait fait une erreur sur le prix qui Ă©tait calculĂ© pour 4 personnes alors que nous Ă©tions 5. Sauf que la facture comptait bien 5 personnes et que donc le prix payĂ© Ă©tait correct. J'ai donc par consĂ©quent refusĂ© de payer. Dans la foulĂ©e, elle m'a aussi demandĂ© 3 euros pour les taxes de sĂ©jours pour 3 adultes et 2 nuits que j'ai payĂ© en espĂšce (en plus de la chambre payĂ©e sur internet) et pour lequel je n'ai eu aucun reçu ??? Comme je me suis montrĂ©e ferme et que je parle pour ma part bien l'anglais, elle est revenue vers moi le lendemain en disant que ce serait le site de rĂ©servation en ligne qui paierait soi-disant la diffĂ©rence et toutes ces explications dans un français impeccable cette fois-ci ! On sent que tout est basĂ© sur l'argent et que le moindre service est facturĂ©. Ils affichent mĂȘme dans la chambre que si les poubelles ne sont pas descendues, 40 euros seront prĂ©levĂ©s sur la carte. Il est donc pour moi trĂšs inconfortable de penser avoir tout payer sur internet et que finalement la propriĂ©taire vous attend au tournant pour vous facturer n'importe quoi.

Rent och fint. Bra lÀge till strand. Men dÄlig osynlig information vid bokning att vissa avgifter tillkommer som t.ex vÀrme och varmvatten vid april-maj mÄnad eftersom tempraturen var vÀldigt lÄg. LÀgenheten var fantastisk och har en otrolig stor balkong dÀr man kan njuta av i sommarvÀrmen. Grym lÀgenhet för maj-sep.

Nice accommodation in the near of the beach

We chose this hotel because we were traveling with a small child and did not want to squeeze in a small hotel room. There were 2 bedrooms available and a kitchen. As we flew out of season to Alghero, it was quite cold at night. You can use the air conditioner for heating for 9€ per day. The location: It has no beach view but the accommodation is just 3 walking- minutes away . To the old town you need to walk 25 minutes and there are even 3 supermarkets nearby. It is very quiet in the area. The apartment itself was SUPER CLEAN !! There is an elevator and towels are also provided. The kitchen is equipped with the most: espresso maker, dishes, cups, cutlery, pots and pans. As a welcome gift you will find a couple of teabags and instant coffee packets are in the kitchen. The lady at the front desk was super friendly and always helpful and always reachable during the opening times. We arrived outside the opening times, telephone contact has worked without problems. Before the trip, we were able to find a solution with the lady to check in outside the opening times. From the airport to the accommodation you need 30 min by bus. The bus stop is 30 meters from the accommodation. We are absolutely satisfied and happy to have booked this accommodation. And we will do it again when we travel a second time to Alghero.
