Este pintoresco pueblo se encuentra ubicado en un precioso valle entre el Mar Cantábrico y la Cordillera Cantábrica. Ideal para personas que buscan tanto la tranquilidad que allí se respira, como el atractivo turístico que le rodea.

Novales, declarado pueblo de Cantabria en el año 2005, es conocido como el "pueblo de los limones" y en sus alrededores puedes visitar, entre otros lugares:

- La playa de Luaña, en Cóbreces, a 4,5 km.
- La cueva del agua, declarada Bien de Interés Cultural
- Santillana del Mar, a tan solo 5 kilómetros
- Comillas, a 11 kilómetros.
- Suances a 15 kilómetros.
- El Laberinto de Villapresente, considerado el mayor laberinto natural de España, a 7 km (consultar fechas de apertura).
- La Cueva del Soplao, a 30 km.
- El Parque de Cabarceno, (el parque más grande de animales en semilibertad de Europa), a 40 km.

El espacio
Nuestro apartamento está pensado para 4 personas. Espacioso y muy luminoso, está compuesto de dos habitaciones -una dispone de cama de matrimonio de 1.50 y la otra dos camas de 0.90; ambas cuentan con grandes ventanales situados en la parte de la fachada, un baño completo, y un salón-cocina totalmente equipados con salida a la terraza. En la cocina dispones de vitrocerámica, frigorífico, lavadora, lavavajillas, tostadora, menaje, cafetera, vajilla y cubertería completa. También dispones de televisión, calefacción y aire acondicionado.

Para disfrute de la estancia, el apartamento cuenta con una fantástica terraza con mobiliario y con unas vistas espectaculares.

El apartamento dispone de un patio común.

Algo muy importante es que dispones de fácil aparcamiento y ascensor, para que tus maletas no sean una carga, y algo imprescindible para personas con silla de ruedas o movilidad reducida.

Novales tiene todos los servicios que necesitas, bares, restaurantes, tienda y farmacia.
