The location is amazing, the staff in general are helpful and apologists for any errors they’re not responsible for as it’s coming from the management significant mal organization. Room was not ready when we arrived, were told reservation starts the 30th while it was the 26th, toilet seat loose, very slow shower drainage with overflow, weak water flow, balcony door non tight wind flowing on, changed the room, second room was better, came at night to find the room flooding as rain and entered through the non tight balcony door, changed room for the second time in less than 24 hours, asked for a refund and reception staff said if it wasn’t through Expedia they would have refunded me, manager Mr Gamal didn’t bother to contact us, so far didn’t get any email from Expedia regarding my complaint and asking for a refund. Valet Ahmed, house keeper Asmaa, Guest relations Sandy as well as reception staff were all very nice apologizing all the time for the shortcomings. The hotel was not ready yet to accept guests!!!
