We stayed at Sunrise Alex for couple of nights. We had a room, which gave direct access to the beach. Everyone in the hotel is friendly and welcoming. The hotel in itself is very clean and set in a beautiful location. Nabil, one of the manages looked after us really well. Made sure that we were comfortable and was flexible to meet our requests.

The resort is nice, good location if being in downtown alex is desirable. Nice small private beach, safe for kids, pool is nice. Dining options are limited, room is Ok but needs some improvement. The security, specially at the gates, is annoying, unprofessional security personals, staff in the resort is accommodating. Overall is nice smaller type resort, and I would stay in it gain.

Everything was perfect in this hotel. I would definitely be back at this hotel if i come back to Alexandria. Staff were amazing and hospitable. We did halfboard so we got to do dinner and breakfast. Dinner was in a restaurant with a set menu but food was delicious and plenty. Breakfast was a buffet with plenty to choose from. You can't leave hungry here. Was an awesome place, clean, beach is awesome, rooms great.
