In beautiful quiet, residential area . This beautiful spacious apartment is located within 10 minutes to downtown DC And all the attractions that DC has to offer. Bars, grocery stores and tons of restaurants are within the walking distance from the apartment. 1 covered parking space included in the garage.

Spacious two bedrooms with ensuite in the Master bed. Grab a snack, unwind and watch TV. No worries if you don’t have a streaming service, the Roku channel offers free movies/shows. Binge watch your fave movie, read a book, or do some work on your laptop on the big, comfy couch. There’s a variety of books and games on the bookshelf, for both adults and children.
