This motel sucks
Hotel.com had this rated as 8.7, a great choice. So extra was paid. I paid over $100 a night for a run-down motel. It's like this company doesn't care anymore. You don't care about customer service. All you care about is the almighty dollar.

From waiting 20 minutes outside to check in because the clerk was at the store to no working tv/wifi …. This was ridiculous. There were 3 rooms among us, only 1 tv worked and it was broken in picture. The wifi was so bad no one was able to complete assignments or do any work, much less watch TV. Large cockroaches … fantastic. Vagrants roaming the parking lot asking for money. My stepson was almost robbed in the parking lot but fortunately my spouse was nearby and was able to assist. The rest of us stayed locked in the rest of the night for safety. We were also put in 3 rooms the farthest from the office that required a ridiculous walk back and forth through an overgrown field just to unload. I got ripped off at $80/room. But, as long as yall got my money, right? Never again and im sure no one gives a single care about it. This run down, gross property is only missing a “by the hour” sign.
