Pros:It was convenient to a pharmacy, grocery store and gas stations. I had a room on the end. I traveled with two dogs. Cons: The room had bed bugs. (Luckily I always travel with bed bug/flea spray) It smelled musty. The air conditioner gave me only a 4 degree range. The bathroom had mold around the ceiling above the tub. There were gaps in the tub surround. The carpet was indoor/outdoor artifical turf type. The ceiling had loose ceiling tiles and an outlet in the bathroom was on the light. No GFI.

It was close to downtown Alexandria Bay. Our room was run down. The window didn’t close in bathroom and it was 47 in the morning.

My bathroom was very clean and updated. Had enough towels, soap bars for sink and shower. Tissues and 2 rolls of toilet paper. Magnifying mirror that extended from wall. But room had a musty smell at first but after awhile lessened by having fan on all night.

We’re only there one night. We stayed in the cottages. They were definitely old, like the 1950s but very clean and neat and tidy. Close to attraction in Alex Bay. Would stay there again.

This property had all of the basics that we needed for our short stay in the area. It was nearby the Swan Bay resort were our friends were RV'ing, and allowed us easy access to Clayton and Alex Bay. Basic necessities provided including a clean and comfortable beds and bathroom. Did not hear much noise from nearby units as well. Thanks for providing an excellent experience.

Old school motel
Old school motel. People were hanging out front of their room which was fine but some came back after the bar and were quite loud. Nice they have an ice machine. Rooms a bit dated. Over priced for what it is.
