This one storey house with private garden and terrace is perfect for holidays with friends and family at the beach. The house includes a living-dining area with air conditioning, a well-equipped kitchen with gas cooker, a bedroom with double bed, two rooms with 2 single bed each and two shower baths. There's free WiFi and a TV with local channels. The fine grained sand beach is just a short walk away and you will find supermarkets, restaurants, bars, children's playgrounds and a bus stop in walking distance.

To consider:

There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. During the high season, it reduces by half from the 9th night. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) will be charged to your Visa or MasterCard before arrival through a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory.

Great location with room for improvement in communication and maintenance of the property
The house offers plenty of space for a family with two children and also very quick access to the nearby playground and beach. The furnishings are getting old, e.g. the sofa was worn out and the stove and gas lighter didn't work. Considering the price of the overnight stay, an exchange/repair would be recommended. Communication also needs improvement in two aspects. 1. I had to ask in advance how keys were handed over and returned and there was no further information about the accommodation or rules of conduct. 2. 80 euros were subsequently deducted from our deposit. Only after I asked did I find out why the 80 euros had been deducted. The reason was that we didn't dispose of the garbage (everything was neatly put together in bags). When I replied that we had not received any information about the garbage disposal and therefore left it in the house, there was no further response other than a "thumbs up". This is unprofessional and, in my opinion, unjustified. In summary, I would no longer book or recommend this accommodation due to the circumstances presented above, even though the location is actually very great.
