On the ground floor, there is a large hall with air conditioning and satellite TV, dining room with a fully equipped kitchen. Next to the kitchen, separated, is the laundry room and near the stairs is a bedroom with a double bed of 150 x 190.

Going up the stairs, upstairs are the other three bedrooms with 2 single beds each. (All 4 bedrooms have air conditioning and heat pump).

On the same floor, there is a very spacious balcony with a table. And finally the roof terrace with spectacular views.

It has a garden, garden furniture, a wide porch with an outdoor dining table and barbecue. Fenced plot, 25 m² terrace, free internet access (wifi).

Unsere Erfahrung mit der Villa – leider enttäuschend

Wir waren 9 Tage in der Villa – leider insgesamt enttäuschend, vor allem wegen des schlechten Service der Agentur.Der Check-in war chaotisch und unorganisiert. Trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage gab es weder Duschmatten noch Geschirrhandtücher. Pro Person wurde nur ein Duschhandtuch bereitgestellt – tägliches Waschen war notwendig, was im Urlaub sehr unpraktisch ist.Zwei Toilettenspülungen waren defekt, wurden aber am nächsten Tag durch einen freundlichen Handwerker repariert. Viele kleinere Mängel summierten sich: eine beschädigte und verschmutzte Tischtennisplatte, laute und teils fehlerhafte Klimaanlagen, sowie ein viel zu kleiner und schwacher Kühlschrank für 7–8 Personen.Zudem fehlte es an einfacher Grundausstattung: Es gab keine Küchenrolle und nicht annähernd genug Toilettenpapier – für mehrere Personen und 9 Tage völlig unzureichend.Ein Wespennest am Pool wurde nur oberflächlich mit Insektenspray behandelt – am nächsten Tag waren erneut 30–40 Wespen am Pool. Dazu kam ein nahegelegener Tümpel, der abends stark stank und den Außenbereich unbenutzbar machte.Die Krönung war die Reaktion der Agentur:„Danke für den Hinweis der kleinen Mängel…“ – kein Entgegenkommen, keine Entschuldigung.⸻Fazit:Die Villa hat Potenzial, aber Wartung, Service und Kundenumgang waren unzureichend. Für den Preis haben wir deutlich mehr erwartet. Nicht empfehlenswert.

Entspannter Urlaub in einer Villa am Rande von Alcudia

Bei unserer Ankunft war die Villa gut auffindbar, der Check-in mit dem Schlüsseltresor ist komplikationslos. Das Haus war allgemein sauber, nur ein paar "Problemecken" - z.B. leere und angefangene Flaschen am Ausgang zum Dach.Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, besonders das Bad oben links mit der Badewanne. Die Fensterläden schließen nicht alle. Der Pool war sauber, leider funktionierte die Beleuchtung nicht. Auch fehlte uns ein Außenlicht. Die vorhandenen TT-Schläger zur Tischtennis-Platte waren verschlissen. Die Couch im Wohnzimmer ist kaum noch vorzeigbar, die darüber drapierten Decken verschlimmern den Zustand noch. Zum Glück war es im Mai schön warm und wir waren größtenteils draußen.Die Lage ist sehr schön, nur 350m bis zum Meer, wir waren jeden früh schwimmen.Leider hatten wir gegen Ende unseres Aufenthaltes in beiden benachbarten Häusern junge Männer als Nachmieter, so dass es mit einer ruhigen Nacht vorbei war.
