In Mallorca Holiday Properties, in accordance with the exceptional situation that we suffer, we have modified our cancellation policy to try to reduce the impact on our travellers and IN THE EVENT THAT THE GOVERNMENT OF THE BALEARIC ISLANDS IS DECREEING THE CLOSING OF THE PORTS AND / OR AIRPORTS OF THE BALEARIC ISLANDS.
We suggest that you CHOOSE ONE OF THE TWO OPTIONS below:
1.-GET a Voucher to be used during the 365 days after your arrival date.
2. CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION IN WHICH CASE WE WILL COMPLETELY RETURN THE AMOUNT THAT YOU HAVE PAID TO MALLORCA HOLIDAY PROPERTIES.
Villa Can Cuart is a beautiful property located in the exclusive area of Bonaire, it is located just a 5-minute walk from the beaches of Sant Joan and Sant Pere. It has capacity for 6 people and has a private pool with sun loungers and a barbecue, perfect for relaxing and dining al fresco.
In the immediate vicinity of the house is the Port of Bonaire, also known as the port of "El Cocodrilo", where there are several restaurants, a supermarket and you can rent boats and take diving courses.
Distribution:
The house is divided into three floors, on the lower floor is the garage, with a large play area with table tennis, darts, as well as sofas for the little ones to enjoy.
On the main floor we have the entrance, a spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen, later we find two bedrooms, one with a double bed (150x190cm) and the other with two single beds (90x190cm), both bedrooms have access to the rear where we have the swimming pool, terrace and barbecue. On this floor we have a complete bathroom with a bathtub. In the outdoor area we also have a small covered porch and garden.
On the upper floor we have the main room with a double bed (150x190cm) with an en-suite bathroom and a private terrace.
Comfort and services:
Air conditioning, Internet Wi-Fi, TV, Barbecue, Heating, High chair, Dishwasher, Fridge / Freezer, Iron, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Washing machine, Hairdryer, Ping-pong table. Fully equipped with sheets and towels.
Note 1. Final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable.
Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be 15€ per person per day.
Note 3. When a late check-out is possible, always subject to availability, the cost will be 50€ until 1:00 p.m. and 90€ until 4:00 p.m.
Note 4. Electricity consumption is not included in the price of accommodation. The cost is 0.25€/Kw to be paid on departure.
Please note that there is an additional cost of 30€ for check-in after 10pm.
It should be noted that there is an additional cost of 50€ for check-in after 00.00.
