This holiday home with a pool is located just 700 metres from one of the best beaches in Mallorca: Playa de Muro!
Ca Na Nicole has a terrace adorned with flowers and a small garden with sun loungers where you can relax and unwind during your holiday on the island. On the terrace you can enjoy a delicious breakfast or dinner in Mediterranean temperatures. The house has a well maintained communal chlorine pool (11m x 6m) where you can refresh yourself, soak up the sun and enjoy the pleasant Mallorcan climate.

The house is spread over two floors and offers space for six people. On the ground floor there is a living and dining room with all mod cons, which opens onto the terrace where you can relax or spend pleasant hours with your family or friends. Three bedrooms on the first floor ensure that guests get a pleasant night's sleep during their stay at Ca Na Nicole.

Two of the bedrooms have a double bed and the other bedroom has two single beds. One of the bedrooms with a double bed and the bedroom with two single beds each have a terrace with two sun loungers where you can relax at the end of the day. The bathrooms are also located on the first floor. One of them is en suite and has a shower, while the other bathroom has two washbasins and a large bathtub where you can relax.

The rustic kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances for you to prepare a variety of dishes from our Mediterranean cuisine, including a dishwasher. The comfortable sofa allows you to relax in the air-conditioned living room with Smart TV and fibre optic connection. A dining table for six people offers pleasant moments with family or friends.

The holiday home is ideal for families with small children as there is a large playground right next door. The location is perfect as it is within walking distance to a variety of restaurants and shops. Just 700 metres away, you can stroll along a quiet sandy beach, cool off in its calm waters and enjoy a pleasant sea breeze. Très bien situé
Maison idéalement située tout près d’une belle plage de sable. Alcudia est une très jolie ville à visiter, et le point de départ de nombreuses routes touristiques. Jolie piscine (plus petite que l’impression donnée par la photo) et pet ou jardin avec table et chaises mais malheureusement nous n’avons profité ni de l’un ni de l’autre: la piscine n’était pas chauffée et elle comme le jardin étaient infestés de moustiques (bien sûr cela n’est pas en lien avec la location à proprement parler). La maison était suffisamment grande pour notre famille (2 enfants et 2 adultes). Comme écrit dans d’autres commentaires, les matelas de la chambre d’enfants sont à changer (on sent tous les ressorts, très inconfortable). Les deux autres chambres possèdent un grand lit très confortable et des rangements. Nous avons eu quelques soucis à notre arrivée avec le bruit de la pompe à eau, qui a été réglé efficacement par l’agence, avec qui le contact est facile.

Praktisch und super Lage
Es ist ein tolles Reihenendhaus mit aller nötiger Ausstattung. Sogar ein paar Lebensmittel und Wasser für den Start in den Urlaub waren vorhanden. Der Pool ist super und die Strecke zum Strand kurz. Man kann gute Radtouren machen und Westen und Osten mit dem Auto erkunden. Die Vermietung ist super, spricht mindestens fliessend Deutsch und Englisch, hat bei einer Anfrage sofort für uns reagiert. Kann ich dringend weiter empfehlen.

Toller Aufenthalt in Alcúdia
Wir haben den Aufenthalt mit der Familie sehr genossen. Positiv: + Preis/Leistung + schöner Garten und Poolanlage + Ausstatung der Küche und des Wohnzimmers + Kommunikation mit der Agentur inkl. Reaktionszeiten Verbesserungswürdig: - Betten im Kinderzimmer (sehr unbequem) - Matratze im Elternzimmer (durchgelegen) - Tisch und Stühle im Essbereich (IKEA Qualität) - Klimaanlage in allen Schlafzimmern - Abfluss in der Dusche im EG verstopft Vielen Dank und vielleicht bis zum nächsten Mal.

The location was excellent, but the house did not live up to expectations
Positive factors: Good location, close to everything including the beach, shops and restaurants. Nice garden and nice and reasonably large pool. Negative factors: The house was not cleaned properly, there was a lot of dirt under the beds as well as in and under the sofas. We announced IPM promising to send a cleaner but they never did. There were many spider webs and spiders in the house. The kitchen was full of ants, this was outrageous because we prior to booking specifically asked about past problems with pestecides and got the answer that they never had. In addition, we suspect that there were bed bugs in the house because several in the family had a lot of bites on the body during the night. We initially thought that they were mosquito bites but the more we read about it, the more convinced we are that it is actually bed bugs . This has meant that we have taken many precautions as well as extensive remediation of all our luggage. For example, we have thrown out all our 4 suitcases, which were relatively new because of the fear of bed bugs. It is also good to know that there was only AC in one bedroom and in the living room. There was a large heavy portable AC in the cleaning section of the kitchen. In the info about the house it seems that the whole house has AC. Also the 2 single beds were terribly uncomfortable.
