Seafront house with capacity for up to 11 people with large terrace, loungers and a few meters from the Mediterranean

This house has everything you need to spend a wonderful vacation by the sea.

Access to the house via a set of stairs and main gate, when you enter the property you will find a large living room with dining table, chairs, sofas, SAT TV etc, there is free Wifi in the whole house.

The fully equipped kitchen has all main appliances such as fridge, freezer, oven, hobs, microwave as well as a toaster, squeezer, coffee machine and a kettle. If you are traveling with an infant, we can provide a cot and a high chair free of charge.

The house has a maximum capacity for up to 10 people. There are two double rooms and 3 bedrooms with two single beds each and all with their own wardrobes.
There are three bathrooms, two with bath and one with shower, all with sink and WC.

There is Air conditioning units in all bedrooms and dining / living room.

A laundry room is located in the basement and you will have available a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

The outdoors have plenty of space for you to relax. There is a porch with a large table and chairs, as well as some chill-out style sofas, perfect for relaxing, having a drink, reading and enjoying the sea breeze and sea views. There are 2 large terraces at the front of the house, both with lovely views. There are 8 sun loungers for those who wish to sunbath.

There are 3 parking spaces in garage and 1 just outside the garage door. There is a free public parking area 10 meters away.

Bonaire is a coastal residential area outside the town of Alcudia, there is a supermarket nearby as well as some restaurants. All main facilities can be found in Alcudia town which is located 2 km away from the house.

Beautiful sandy beaches close by, such as Sant Pere and Sant Joan. The stunning and large beach of Puerto de Alcudia is located 15 minutes away by car and you will also there find all the nightlife, main shops and a wide range of restaurants and bars.

Few things that i feel should have been sorted before we arrived; lights were an issue with no bulbs; repellant for mosquitoes; spray for ants; lack of towels; bed leg had to be looked at; tumble dryer didn't work correctly; no instruction to use the cooker. The house itself was fine with location; overpriced in my opinion with what level of service was available; couldn't use th bbq was disgusting to say the least. We have many holidays through the year and always stay in villas this wasn't out best sorry; the carhire company you recommended were excellent

Der Ausblick entschädigt nicht für alles...
Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist sehr schön. Leider sind in zwei Schlafzimmern die Schränke mit Schimmel befallen und diverse Handtücher waren ebenfalls schimmlig und konnten nicht benutzt werden. Die Dusche im kleinen Bad war undicht und der Lüfter funktionierte nicht. Die Mängel wurden sofort gemeldet, wurden aber innerhalb unserer Woche nicht behoben. Eine Entschädigung wurde abgelehnt...
