- To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of 50%.

- Upon arrival customers will make a payment of 500€ in cash, as a deposit that will be refunded upon completion of the stay should the customer have left the house on the agreed terms.

- Extra payment for electricity - 18€ per day.

- The final cleaning is to be paid separately - 250 euros.

- In those rooms where you can put an extra bed and whenever it is possible, the price will be 28 euros per day.

- 1 cot and high chair are free of charge.

- Second unit of cradle - 20 euros per day.

- A few days before your arrival, you must contact the reception agency to communicate your arrival time (no flight / boat if applicable) and organize the collection of keys.

- If a late departure is possible, whenever possible, the cost of the extension until 13:00 will be 50 euros and 90 euros before 17:00.

Uprofesjonelle
Vi startet alt med dårlig informasjon rundt nødvendige detaljer for oppholdet, deretter ble vi nektet å sette fra oss bagasjen i hagen da det var renholdere i huset. Vi kom tidlig på dagen og måtte leie ekstra bil for å oppholde bagasjen, da de ikke ga oss mulighet til å sette fra oss bagasjen. Huset er fint, men merkbart mindre enn det gis inntrykk av i annonsen. Det lukter mugg på det ene soverommet og der er også ventilasjonen veldig dårlig. Vi prøvde allerede fra dag 1 å få de til å komme med en vifte (det er 35-40 grader her i juli!), men det gjorde de ikke, vi brukte MYE tid i kommunikasjon med de da de ikke ville akseptere at den var dårlig... selv om den sto på det laveste var temperaturen på soverommet aldri under 21 grader. Vi endte med å kjøpe en egen vifte! Internettet var så dårlig og tregt at det ikke gikk an å strømme noe som helst, ei heller om bare en enhet var på nettet. Vi klaget på det også, men de sa bare at det fungerte fint og at ingen før hadde klaget på det. Etter fire dager kom en kabel mann og satt opp nytt nett, DA fungerte det bedre (tross utleier mente på at det fungerte fint.. ). Nabohuset har to store bjeffende hunder fra tidlig til sent. Alt alt ok beliggenhet, men servicen fra utleier og kommunikasjonen var meget dårlig. Anbefaler ikke dette huset dersom du er i behov av litt stillhet eller er mer enn 5 personer.
