Beautiful villa but poor hot water supply
This is a beautiful holiday home in a quiet location. It was a short steep walk to 3 excellent restaurants (La Terrazza, Alcanada35 & the beach bar) A few minutes drive to Old Alcúdia or the port area for lots more restaurants, jet skiing, boat hire & quad biking - we had a lot of fun! We also recommend visiting S’Illot beach & restaurant for snorkelling & hiking the hills behind and a visit to one of the organic vineyards for a guided tasting & meal - our favourite was Los Dos Cabelleros near Inca. It was hot & humid so we appreciated the aircon in all bedrooms as well as the living area although it was far less efficient in the master suite which gets full sun most of the day. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking for 5/6 adults & the washing machine & line in the back garden are very useful. There are some excellent hikes/running trails nearby & good sea swimming from the pebble beach at the bottom of the hill. We had no hot water for 9 days with workmen arriving on our first morning to assess a problem which was known about before we arrived but which we hadn’t been alerted to. Vrbo offered to move us to another villa at the hosts expense but we declined thinking it would only be a couple of days. It was then a frustratingly slow process to get it fixed, not to mention unpleasant to have cold showers unless paying for a hotel room or gym pass. We felt the host couldn’t really be bothered to help us out & it spoilt our enjoyment of an otherwise excellent holiday.

Perfect summer holiday!
This was simply the best holiday we've ever had! The villa is spectacular; nice amount of space, stunning views and good sized pool for a young family. The villa was clean when we arrived. We had some issues with the water and air conditioning, but these were fixed by the management company very quickly. The contractors were very respectful. The pool was cleaned during our stay. The villa was very well equipped. We even met the owner who was very pleasant and gave our children a pair of scooters to use during our stay! Having a car was very helpful. We hope to return next year! 5 stars

The house was beautiful. The views from the principal bedroom and top floor were stunning.
We enjoyed our stay. The property was well looked after and matched the description well. Perhaps you should post more photos of the stunning views from the rooftop! I would highly recommend this spot.

Fantastic Villa
Really lovely villa - well equipped and beautiful villa with loads of space - both indoors and outdoors. Check in and out was easy, and communication with host was straightforward. Need a car / taxi to get most places from here, but that wasn’t an issue for us.

Major disappointment!
In short There were red ants in the bed and bathroom When we arrived the manager tried to charge us extra for towels and sheets and insisted on prompt payment - There was no bbq - There was no batteries in TV remote controls rendering the TV unusable We had an issue using the washing machine tried to call and email with no reply. just a disappointing experience overall

Amazing house and views
Beautifully maintained and presented house, inside and outside. Excellent outdoor facilities for dining, relaxing and swimming. Very spacious rooms and nice walk-in showers. An easy check-in process too. We hope to return soon.

Beautiful house with even better view
We were only on Mallorca for 2 days and couldn't have been happier with the house. The beds were comfortable and the modern style of the house was fantastic. My only regret was that it wasn't warm enough to use the pool We will have to go back sometime when it is warmer and we can stay longer.

Beautiful villa for a relaxing weekend
The accommodation was great with each bedroom having an en-suite. The property could do with mirrors though ... no full length mirror. The house was for 6 people but there were only 4 Sun beds which was a shame and the WiFi signal is very weak. The property could benefit from a ‘how to’ guide in the apartment like taxi numbers and local information. The location is just a 5minute taxi drive to the port with lots of restaurants and bars which is great. We would recommend staying here and would definitely return. Great holiday!

Highly recommended!

Modern home with stunning views
This gorgeous property took our breath away. The ocean views are amazing and the entire home is impeccably decorated, yet extremely comfortable. We appreciated having our own covered parking space in the carport. Each bedroom had its own full bathroom. The property manager sent very detailed directions about finding the property and gave us many hints about local restaurants and activities. The only downside was having to pay a pretty sizable additional fee for sheets and towels, which did not include beach towels. We traveled from overseas, so bringing our own linens wasn’t really feasible. We will always remember our stay at this beautiful home in Mallorca!

Nice place, more expensive than it appears
The place was really nice and the view is amazing. Pool is not heated. Note that it does not come with sheets or towels or gas for grill and you have to pay more to get it cleaned after you leave. These are all priced high and discussed after booking.

The home is ideally situated for a quiet stay with stunning sea views.
We stayed as a family of 7. The rooms were beautifully decorated and beds very comfortable. Parking was easy to access which was great. A car was a necessity to see many of Majorca’s sights. Highly recommend this spot.

Amazing house, amazing location
What a beautiful house, it has been decorated to a very high standard, it is very well equipped and the views and pool is amazing. The owners are very responsive and answered any query we had very quickly and very well. The house is located in a lovely residential area which is very peaceful, there are a few lovely restaurants a walk away. We had a lovely stay in this beautiful house and would recommend to anyone.

Amazing place!
Loved staying in this beautiful villa. Accessible to a few lovely restaurants and walks by the ocean. We rented a car and loved driving around and exploring including the town of Pollença. The house is beautifully decorated and lots of space for us to relax. We had a small issue with water on the first day and after messaging Jan - had someone repair and take care of the situation in less than 1 hour. Would definetly stay here again for a longer period if our paths cross Mallorca again.

Great house!
We loved the house, it has a great view, very clean, and it has everything you need, but it is the first time we rent a house for vacation and we are asked to check a list (big list) of things in the house, which we spent about an hour doing, and that’s not the first thing you want to do as soon as you arrive.

Fabulous Villa
My family of 2 adults and 2 children (15 and 9) spent an amazing week in February here. The villa is well appointed and well equipped. It is very spacious. The beds were large and extremely comfortable. The view is splendid - I spent some lovely lie-ins drinking coffee in bed loooking at the view. My kids went in the pool despite the cold - they loved it! Thank you vey much for letting us stay.

Beautiful house with everything you need
We absolutely loved the beach house. As beautiful as the pictures potray the place to be, they don't do it justice. The house and surrounding area was extremely peaceful and made for a relaxing stay. The house is very well equipped with everything a person needs, and more. Would absolutely recommend the beach house to any couples, families or individuals looking for a peaceful getaway!

Wow, such a beautiful Home!
We absolutely loved this home. The owners have thought of everything here. The Place was spotless and appeared brand new, it was fully stocked with cookware and even spices etc. Bed were very comfortable and spacious. Views were simply breathtaking from all levels. Home is located about 5 mins drive from Port of Alcudia which was great and they have a small beach close by more geared for families and boat launch but great to walk down to and enjoy. Several nice restaurants close by also were nice. I will definitely return but for a longer stay next time. Tip: Ensure you reach out to owners in advance about getting access and keys or home entry as I did not and had to wait a while to get in. Enjoy your stay in the beautiful place.

Wonderful!

The house is really nice. The surrounding is very quiet and the view from the house is stunning. The villa is very well equiped, each room has its own bathroom and loo (although one of them was leaking, so we couldn't use it). As we arrived on Saturday the pool had green colour and wasn't clean. I had to ask the owner twice to manage the issue. We could use it (clean enouhg) first on Tuesday. This was a pity. The owner wasn't responding anymore. We wanted to throw the kitchen trash in the bin outside the house, because it started to smell, but no response from the owner. There is no beach equipment. We had to buy it and them leave it in the house, because it was impossible to take it on the plane.
