Villa of 250 m² on a plot of 750 m²; built in a single plane so all its accesses lack stairs; its design and distribution make this house an ideal place to enjoy
of a vacation with family or friends. It has large spaces and terraces to contemplate and enjoy nature (in addition to a large living room with kitchen and barbecue, next to the pool to feed and share good times). Although it is part of a small private urbanization in the middle of the countryside, it has a lot of privacy and independence. It is located in the Axarquia Malagueña, one of the most beautiful areas of Málaga, 700 m. of the town and the reservoir of Viñuela (where there are all the typical services of a town, besides having a regional health center); 500 m. of the Don Manuel Bridge, (tourist village of Axarquia where there are restaurants, grills, bars, pub and all kinds of services for leisure and entertainment); 15 km from Vélez Malaga,
which is the capital of the region of the Axarquia Malagueña, (famous region for its subtropical climate and beauty, where mangos, avocados, chirimollas and all kinds of tropical fruits are produced); 18 km away there is the beach of Torre del Mar (15 minutes by car); beautiful place where in addition to enjoying its beautiful beaches of black sand, we can eat and taste the best pescaito de Malaga (from the port of La Caleta de Velez) in its innumerable, chiringuitos, restaurants and seafood restaurants; and 48 km from Málaga (la bella).

Wonderful
We loved staying at Manuel and Noemi’s beautiful Villa. It has fantastic facilities and a stunning pool which we loved. We found many lovely restaurants in Vinuela and Alcaucin. We also visited many other white washed villages and made the trips to Granada and Ronda. Comfortable beds and super showers, we will be back soon.

The villa was amazing
We had a fantastic time in this villa, Manuel and Nohemi were great hosts. We arrived early and were allowed to enter the villa, we were shown around and it lived up to all our expectations and more, we were very sorry to leave. The indoor bbq was a great feature and the pool was so cooling in the heat. You will definitely need a car to visit local sites but local shops bars etc can be walked and will take about 10 min.

Fantastisk sted til et mini retreat med kollegaer i skønne omgivelser. Værterne er super imødekommende og hjælpsomme. Huset er i god stand og rent. Der er angivet at der er 6 soveværelser, men der var 5, dog var der det rette antal sengepladser.

La casa es ideal para estar en grupo, una cocina enorme con fuego de leña o carbón. Todo lo necesario, muy limpia y con detalles. Gran porche y acceso desde la gran cocina a la zona de piscina. Especial mención a los anfitriones, amables y atentos. Muchas gracias.

Para no olvidar
Al llegar el trato de los anfitriones espectacular, muy atentos a todo y a lo que necesitáramos. Una vez allí, la casa reunía todo lo que podíamos necesitar y un salón enorme y bien equipado para disfrutar todos juntos en las comidas o sobremesa. La casa esta ubicada en una urbanización muy tranquila, para desconectar y descansar de bullicio, a sólo 20 minutos de la playa en coche, para disfrutar del mar. El dueño correctisimo en las explicaciones y necesidades que tuvimos.

Schitterend op elk vlak-> huis/ zwembad/ omgeving/ eigenaars
Prachtig ontvangen door de eigenaars ook al waren we meer dan 2h te laat. Prachtige grote fruitmand ontvangen! Huis/zwembad enorm net en pracktisch. Zelfs voor mijn verjaardag prachtige flesdrank gekregen. Gaf ook enorm veel info met bezienswaardigheden! Reageert zeer snel op whatsapp berichten voor extra info als we dit nodig hadden. Ook bij het afscheid waren deze mensen zo hartelijk en correct! Een echte aanrader om op rust te komen in deze prachtige villa met prive zwembad en een adembenemend uitzicht! Als ook dat er 2 prive parkings zijn en dat het volledig kan afgesloten worden zodat kinderen niet kunnen weglopen. Een echte aanrader op alle vlakken! Groetjes
