Wonderful stay!
If you're looking for a quiet, serene location close to the sea then this is the place for you. The description and photos of the unit were quite spot on and most importantly, it was as clean as the photos show. Franco was a very attentive host...answered so many questions from the time we booked until the time we left and accommodated all of our needs. Though he lives upstairs with his family, we hardly saw anyone so we felt a great sense of privacy which was much appreciated. Alcamo marina is a quiet little area and easy access to the beach is key. We did a lot of exploring and there are only so many crossovers, whether a bridge or a tunnel, to navigate over or under railroad tracks that are located between the main street and the beach. This location was perfect, as a bridge crossover was a block away. The 4 minute walk to the beach is accurate as well which made it quite convenient to come and go from the beach as we pleased. The only negative, if you want to call it a negative, is that though the unit technically accommodates 7 guests, I would not have wanted to have any more than maybe 4 adults total in this unit with one bathroom. We were 2 people. The larger bedroom was a very nice size, but the two bedrooms with the twin beds are on the smaller side so I think more than 4 people would have made it feel quite cramped. Also, you definitely need to rent a car to get around. Overall a wonderful stay...would definitely stay here again! Grazie Franco!!

Wonderful location very close to a sandy beach
Very nice ground floor property with efficient air conditioning and fans. Lots of space with large patios and good car parking. A friendly owner living with his family on first floor who brought us a tray of his own strawberries on our arrival and for whom nothing was too much trouble.

Great Apartment! A MUST!!!
Francesco and Caterina were wonderful! Any issue that we had they were quick to respond and help us. The house was great! The rooms were comfortable and there was ample amounts of storage space. The outside yard and front porch were ideal for a relaxing time. My kids loved playing outside with the turtle. This property was walking distance to the beach. Free wifi and honest opinions are nearby attractions and places to eat.

Schöne Ferienwohnung bei herzlichen Gastgebern
Wir hatten 2 schöne Ferienwochen. Die Wohnung ist modern, geräumig mit 2 schönen Terassen. Der Garten war ein Traum. Zum Meer sind es nur wenige Gehminuten, der Strand dort sauber und leer. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Via delle viole o meglio Nontiscordardime
Cercavamo un luogo tranquillo, vicino al mare e lo abbiamo trovato. La casa ci ha permesso di vivere bene, con tutti i comfort, questa settimana di vacanza. I proprietari sono stati molto disponibili e discreti. Alla mattina un servizio ambulante ci ha permesso di comperare pane, pasticceria al volo. La spiaggia è lunga e sabbiosa: una meraviglia. Spostandosi con l'auto si raggiungono località turistiche rinomate.

Alcamo Marina? No grazie!.
Casa indipendente molto bella e confortevole,con un bel giardino e patio,completa di ogni accessorio x viverla bene. Una cosa che non mi è piaciuta del posto ( Alcamo Marina ) e la mancanza di una passeggiata sul mare con negozietti e locali per vivere al meglio la serata camminando,mancanza dovuta alla ferrovia che taglia completamente in due il paese e per raggiungere la spiaggia bisogna servirsi di sopra passaggi. Totale assenza di marciapiedi che ti costringe a camminare al bordo strada con il rischio ( elevato ) di essere investito da auto o moto. Altra cosa negativa la spiaggia,molto bella ma sporca con ogni tipo di rifiuto,da bottiglie di plastica e vetro a lattine e persino un paraurti di auto ( fotografato personalmente ).Ultima cosa pazzesca non esistono bidoni x la raccolta differenziata,l'immondizia in base a giorni precisi x lo smaltimento viene lasciata ai bordi strada,creando una veduta penosa ( ma questa è una scelta del comune x cui... ) La casa merita le 5 stelle come il proprietario molto disponibile e cortese, ma il posto assolutamente no,tutte le lacune elencate purtroppo lasciano l'amaro in bocca e fanno desiderare di andare altrove tutti i giorni della vacanza.

casa molto pulita , funzionante , accogliente, luminosa e fresca. posta in contesto silenzioso.
abbiamo occupato la casa per 15 giorni nell'agosto 2018. Ci siamo trovati molto bene! I proprietari sono persone molto gentili , premurose e simpatiche. La casa ha due giardini autonomi molto utili con doccia calda in giardino. Tutto pulito e funzionante. Non manca nulla. Si possono anche raccogliere pomodorini , basilico e peperoncini dall'orto ! il contesto, anche se vicino al mare è molto tranquillo. Siamo tre coppie adulte e sinceramente siamo state molto bene! Ottimo punto per visitare la Sicilia nella parte ovest. Cinque minuti di auto e ci si trova a Castellamare . tutto bene. Elisabetta

Comodità e relax per un'ottima vacanza
Luogo ideale dove trascorrere in assoluto relax le vacanze in Sicilia. Alcamo marina è comoda come base di partenza per visitare sia la provincia di Trapani, sia quella di Palermo, ben collegata con autostrada e con gli aeroporti. La villa è comodissima (pochi metri a piedi) per raggiungere la spiaggia di sabbia fine, ideale per bambini; l'appartamento è molto accogliente, curato nei minimi dettagli, con arredamento moderno e funzionale. I ventilatori e il condizionatore aiutano nelle giornate particolarmente afose (ma noi non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno, la casa è molto fresca e ariosa). I proprietari sono stupendi, gentili e disponibili, molto accoglienti. In sintesi, ottima vacanza, consigliata!

Gepflegte Wohnung von sehr nettem Vermieter
Alles vor Ort wie auf den Bildern und wie beschrieben.Die Wohnung die Terrassen der Garten usw. Alles super sauber und gepflegt. Sogar Grillkohle wurde bereitgestellt. Netter und sehr hilfsbereiter Vermieter ( Organisierte fuer einen Notfall sofort seinen Schwager der bei Bedarf als Dolmetscher zur Verfügung gestanden hätte!) . Per Handy über WhatsApp schnell bei Fragen zu erreichen. Gibt gerne Tipps zu Ausflügen , Supermarkt ,Restaurants usw. Ja die Einfahrt ist eng aber auf jeden Fall machbar und sollte einen nicht abschrecken. Strand zu Fuss schnell und gut zu erreichen.

Presque parfait !
Emplacement top, à 5 min d'une plage gratuite. Idéale pour rayonner dans la région. Propriété très agréable, ombragée, fleurie, avec tout le matériel nécessaire (parasol, 2 chaises de plage, barbecue...). Propre, spacieuse, excellent état, très calme, décoration soignée. Propriétaire charmant et prévenant (mise à disposition de vélos, de ses plantes aromatiques et tomates). Nous avons passé un super séjour à 4 personnes (2 filles de 19 et 16 ans). Au-delà, ça me parait un peu plus compliqué (ou alors enfants plus jeunes), pour rappel : un seul WC dans la salle de bain. Le seul hic c'est la surfacturation à partir de la 4ème personne (90 € pour 6 jours) et attention "linge fourni" ne veut pas dire gratuit ! Donc à rajouter 60 € pour 4... En général, c'est compris et les lits sont faits. Et encore, la location du parking (impossible de faire sans) ne nous a pas été réclamée (40 €). Nous aurions préféré un prix global sans surprise.

Villa superbe
Villa superbe, il manquerais juste un lave vaisselle, sinon tout y ai, les propriétaires qui sont au dessus sont très discret. la douche extérieur sur l’arrière de la maison est très efficace après le retour de la plage.La climatisation est suffisante dans le séjour car tout l'appartement est ombragé et des ventilateurs sont dans toutes les chambres. Nous recommanderons cette location.

Ho soggiornato con mio marito e mio figlio qui la terza settimana di luglio, posto tranquillo che da possibilità di raggiungere agevolmente splendide località della Sicilia ricche di storia e con un mare incantevole.
