Great cheap central location . Great for overnight stay when travelling to or from Melbourne. Easy to find dinner locations nearby. Large spacious rooms. Quiet location

Seaton Arms is a very special 'discovery' for us on this road trip. Easy to find, Staff very helpful - nothing was a problem - parking easy and a very quiet place (several other accommodation places were very noisy, ie road noise nearby/outside, other noisy residents - at one place they talked until 0615am!!!) but Seaton Arms was quiet and comfortable, convenient and felt good. Definitely return there in the future.. BIg Cheers for now John Mac

Good value property. Easy walk downtown to shops, cafes and cinema. Plenty of off street parking. Staff friendly. The room was average size, WiFi good, water hot and bed comfortable. We appreciated the crockery and cutlery, toaster and microwave. After a long day it was nice to be able to have dinner in our room. Only downside was, in the morning we discovered the shower head would not stay up and you had to hold the lever down on the toaster to make it work. I did advise reception and they were going to look at both straight away. We would definitely stay here again.
