The property was in a busy area and was outdated. The room was not cleaned well as there was a tablet from the previous occupant on the carpet and the bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly. I wouldn't go back there.

Michelle at the front desk was full of information on all our enquires She was friendly delightfully person to great you after a long day of travel. Restaurant offered great meals & cleaning staff are very friendly. Room was great but needs a little maintenance with bed head & poor lighting. Location is fantastic highly recommend manor house albury

For us and our requirements it was right on point. We were welcomed by Michelle and the rest of our stay Michael was on reception. Could not fault either of these people for their friendliness and helpfulness. Other staff we encountered were just as friendly and agreeable. Quirky rooms, good balcony and fabulous blockout curtains for that good night sleep. Beds are comfy wsrm blanket provided, quality pillows

I did not like the Shower over the bath as this was unsafe for me being a big step over the side of the bath onto the slippery surface of the bath bottom with no mat or any non slip device. We had to swap this room for one with no bath and a shower that was safe for me. This room was a downgrade in quality and was above a major highway in Albury with us having to put up with big transports roaring past half the night and again early in the morning plus local hoons roaring past with blaring exhausts.We received no rebate for the downgrade in room price as we had prepaid for it with Wot-if, something we may never do again.

The accommodation is in a town midway between Melbourne and Sydney. Albury is an interesting place to stay. We ate in the restaurant which had nice food and was well priced. My steak was perfectly cooked. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We have stayed here quite a few times and whenever we have to go to Albury it is always the place we go The staff are great and friendly with good customer service and the restaurant is lovely with beautiful meals and when your done you can just stroll back to your room The pool is beautiful and the breakfast is also wonderful We don’t even look at staying anywhere else than manor house . We absolutely love it

Convenient and quiet

Although this hotel is on one of the main roads leading to the town centre, there is no sound of traffic. Undercover parking is a bonus and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

Stayed many times at the Manor House and always satisfied. Consistently great team at the front desk, dining room and domestic services. Convenient to the Hume Highway and the Albury CBD. Will continue to stay here when I visit Albury.
