This motel had everything I needed and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was well set out and a pleasant change compared to other offerings. Will stay there when I visit Albury again.

Arrived at reception early as we travelled to Albury on an early train for our holiday. Reception person was very polite and accommodating by letting us check in ahead of the usual check-in time. The room was comfy, the bathroom recently renovated and the aircon was quiet. Traffic was no issue due to earplugs.

The room was clean and checkin easy. The room we were in (room 3) had a noisey aircon fan (louder than normal) which had to be turned off to sleep. But bedding was comfortable and warm so we had a good nights sleep.

Property was fine except for 2 things. Toilet took about 15 mins to refill cistern. Totally frustrating. And as I was given a price from Wotif booking I was shocked to have to pay a surcharge for using my credit card with no warning. Small amount but detracted from the stay.

Friendly and kind married couple made every effort to make my stay enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble. Super clean with comfortable bed, block out curtains and good kitchen facilities.
