Room was great. Nice and spacious. We only stayed 1 night. We used the pool ( freezing but the kids didnt care!). Gym is decent, could use some more machines. We picked this hotel because it had breakfast, but we didnt get to eat. They dont serve it until 730 on Saturday, and we headed out around 630. So that was a bummer!

The staff was super accommodating they even gave prizes at the front door as the hot air balloon fiesta went on. I would suggest that they get an alternative now along with cows, milk like almond milk, oat milk, or soy milk.

Good value
Great location to drive to the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta. Some people walked there from the hotel. Our suite was quiet and comfortable so we could sleep (we were not facing the street that I heard can be noisy). Breakfast was good. Staff were nice. Only problem was no towel racks so I hung my towel in the closet.

It was clean and staff members were very friendly. The breakfast was the only thing I didn’t like. The breakfast was bland and more breakfast options would help.
