When I got out of bed at around 8:30 am on Thursday morning the hot water was not functioning. I had to shower in ice cold water. We also went out of the hotel that same morning around 9 o’clock and when we arrived back at 2:00 pm the room was still not made. I contacted the hotel management in person and we had to stay in lobby for an hour till room was cleaned. The maintenance men showed up much later that afternoon to resolve our hot water issue.
