The property is beautiful and clean. Staff wise, it was a mixed basket, some were helpful and friendly others were not. It took forever to get a printed version of the menus. After I was told to look online. And the TV channel which only has the room service menu. The pool closes at 10 and we were rushed out at 9:45, no body else was in it we could have been given some grace. The bathtub was huge and great for a deep soak. The room was beautiful. No microwave? And getting 1/2 and 1/2 for coffee was an adventure I went down to the Starbucks and just bought a cup of it.. So my expectations of and price that was paid for it was not met.

I recently stayed at Sandia Casino and had a great experience. The room was very comfortable and inviting, and the staff at the hotel welcome desk were friendly and helpful. The atmosphere throughout the casino was enjoyable and made for a pleasant stay. Overall, it was a well-rounded experience that I’d recommend.

No drinking while gambling
The room was very clean but we didn’t like that you can’t gamble and drink. Also they limit you to 2 drinks per hour which is the most ridiculous policy I have ever heard of. We won’t come back due to that and Sandia did lose money as we didn’t even want to gamble after being told after 1 beer and a shot that we couldn’t have more. Completely ruined the mood and experience

Disappointing second stay.
Our recent stay at this hotel was quite disappointing, especially compared to our previous visit earlier this year. The pervasive foul smells throughout the hotel made for an unpleasant experience. Additionally, the customer service was severely lacking, further detracting from our stay. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet our expectations.
