First the front blinds for the window to let the sun light in does not roll up I told the person in the front desk Friday an again Saturday told the person at the front desk about the blinds but nobody came to fix it, Then there was no ice bucket in the room an the person working Saturday an Sunday front desk was no to sociable an they need a better breakfast menu

the room was made up after the first night but they did not refill the toilet paper. It took 2 attempts to finally get some. There is a wiring safety hazard connection to the ac. After the second night there was no maid service, when i called the front desk i was told they don't service the rooms unless asked. Funny how it was done after the first night.

Stole information and worst service ever
The front desk keep my mother in laws ID and Bank card , they didn’t returned it and knowing we were in the hotel didn’t call to Let us know the cards were at the front desk. During the night somebody withdraw money from her account with the card and tried twice. This is unacceptable.
