For the price, this place was good value. The bed was a little soft, but the pillows were fine. The room could have used a little more vacuuming. The breakfast was the standard fare. We’d stay there again.

Photos seemed nice at first. However, once we arrived the area is infested with homeless and shady people around parking lot. The comforters had rips and tears. Our comforter had Pink/Red stain along with the carpet. Bathroom door didn’t close properly, and every step you take the floor shakes and creeks. Would never stay here. Ever. Again.

First night was very noise we call the deck guy and no body do nothing about it, second day they don’t clean the room and the water was off we get late to my appointment cuz I can take showers on the morning,, very bad service in general.. NO RECOMMENDATIONS TO STAY THERE … I don’t get any apologies or discounts for dl the inconvenience so that was worse… 👎👎👎👎

Driving through Albuquerque and seemed decent from reviews. Bed pillows were smaller than throw pillows for a couch. Bed feels like a trampoline with springs. Boogers in the shower. Bathroom was overwhelmed by bleach smell, as if they threw buckets of it and ran out. Don't get a room on the east side because you'll be woken up at 2:30 by trucks being loaded next door.

Generally speaking, this was a pretty good hotel but the bathroom was a big, fat failure. When I stepped in, there was a bucket in the middle of the floor catching dripping water from the ceiling. The floor was covered with a puddle. What respectable hotel would give such a room to a customer? Horrible.

THIS PROPERTY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY! I should have read the reviews! DO NOT STAY HERE! MGT KNOWS THESE ROOMS ARE UNINHABITABLE TOTAL SCAM WOSRT MOTEL I’VE EVER SEEN! I will be contacting the building department and health department and filing a police report. Bedbugs, floor falling in, prostitution, unsafe!!!

Beware!
Total disappointment for a Quality Inn. Total dump in my humble opinion. I realize sometimes the hotel is remodeling and there can be some inconveniences but i can also tell when the place is just not taking care of the problems a professional way. Management is friendly but quality is Poor and unfriendly.

We were given a room in front of the stairs in the morning it was very noisy. The guy at the desk told us we had not reserved a room with access and a dog so he had to make specific arrangements for the inconvenience.
