About this property

Entire place

You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Northeast Heights on the Bike path

This is a three bedroom, two bath home, with my bed and bath a separate suite within the home. There is also a semi- detached studio with its own kitchen and bath, and separate entrance, that can accommodate 1 or 2 additional guests. I am opening my home to guests during times when I expect to be traveling.

The backyard leads to a gate to the Embudo Arroyo bike path, and to the front, the most visible neighbor is St Bernadette's church across the street. The kitchen is reasonably well equipped with cookware, dishware, etc. And there is hi speed wifi as well. The neighborhood consists of single family homes on tree lined streets and there's a Starbucks right around the corner, as well as a wide variety of dining and shopping within walking or biking distance
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be close to National Museum of Nuclear Science & History. The vacation home offers free WiFi and a patio.
  • Air-conditioned home with washing machine, patio, and fenced yard
  • Free WiFi
  • 14 minutes by car from National Museum of Nuclear Science & History and 14 minutes from Kirtland Air Force Base

Comfortable and Cozy little Getaway
Overall very enjoyable stay. Property could use a few upgrades i.e larger TV and maybe upgrade the beds. We really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood ,centrally located in the heart of the city. I would suggest upgrading to a splitter vs swamp cooler. More efficient and inexpensive. I would stay again any time. Great Getaway.

Great place!
This is second time I have stayed here and will probably stay there again when I visit ABQ. Owner great to work with, great place to stay if you run, right next to bike path. Very comfortable.

Was a roof over our heads
The homeowner was very quick to respond and seemed very nice on messages. The initial area map puts this house in a very nice neighborhood on the other side of hwy 40, and for 2 females traveling alone the actual neighborhood was ok but not what was expected. The pictures show 2 beds which there was 1 a queen blow up air mattress and the other a very squeaky full size bed. The house has no TVs and the laptop to watch hulu on never worked. The house has 1 bathroom for the renters as noted and it wasn't the cleanest. The ad in vrbo states when owner is expected to travel and he was there the whole time which again for 2 females traveling alone is kind of strange to have a man we've never met living behind a regular door with a single lock on it. I truly dont want to put this person down I just think this is more of a man on business trip style house not a family or female friendly vacation style home.

My go-to place
I have stayed here a couple of times and it is my go-to place when I'm in ABQ. The location, size, and amenities are just what I need. The owner is friendly and accommodating!

Just what I wanted! Great value!
This was the best value for my money in the location that I wanted. The owner is super responsive and sincerely wanted to do everything he could to make our stay enjoyable. And he succeeded!
