had to switch rooms due to door not opening. On my first morning at the hotel we had to reset my key card four different times and it still didn’t let me in the room and the front desk agent did not offer to help. He just said the only thing he can do is reset the key. All exterior doors only went out and were not accessible to get back in so it was very inconvenient to go to the dog potty area. The floor was peeling in my room.

Close to the Balloon festival
We snagged a last minute night to be able to attend an early morning at the balloon festival. We were surprised at how nice the facility was and the rooms. 24 hour coffee which was nice since we were up and out by 5 am.

I'll start off with the only redeeming qualities about this motel...it's convenient to the Balloon Park, and the youngsters who work the desk are pleasant. However, it is completely no-frills. There is no microwave, no coffee maker, no refrigerator, no hair dryer. Room #115 had plumbing problems, the faucet in the bedroom didn't shut off properly and the bathroom floor had water seeping up between the cracks in the flooring. The motel is very noisy, when the neighboring rooms turned on their shower it sounded like a 747 taking off. There is no water in the lobby for filling water bottles (or even get a drink) and the vending machine doesn't work. I would not stay here again.
