Ill Equipped

The house can sleep 10, but is ill equipped for even 5 adults. We have stayed at many VRBOs and this one just did not deliver. 1. The internet was spotty when it worked. With 5 adults, staying for 7 days, we expected our phones and computers to be able to connect to the internet. To be fair, the owner did get it fixed 3 days into our stay. However, the only way to contact him was through email which proved very difficult since we didn't have internet and the area is in a spotty location. 2. The towels were quite small and very thin. There was only one per guest. 3. The kitchen was poorly equipped in that it did not have a blender, colander, baking pan, enough plates, forks or knives, salt and pepper, oil, paper towels and only one dish towel. When cooking for a family of 5, we found that this was difficult to cook and clean. 4. The picture did not represent the yard is over grown and not manicured. There is a bush that covers the walkway from the driveway to the front door and buzzes with a swarm of some kind of insect. 5. The kitchen had ants, the bedroom/bath had bugs. 6. There was no cable tv, all of it was streaming services which did not work when the internet was down. 7. The couch sits on bricks. The living room furniture was uncomfortable. The house is in a good location and spacious. Unfortunately, we were not very comfortable due to the above reasons. I should also mention there is no grill. We will look elsewhere when we come to visit again.
