Reception Agent was there because she had the job. I own several hotels and training is most important to assure that the staff welcomes guests in a helping mode. There was no training evident. My overall impression was that Hilton did a fine jpb of designing the hotel, but the person in charge of service did not care about how they serviced guests.

The front desk person that worked the late night shift was extremely friendly and accommodating. We have stayed here twice and found everything in good shape and would stay again the next time we fly out of Albuquerque.

The rooms were dirty. You had to schedule your room to be serviced and the front desk was out of clean towels. Pool was pitiful…one table with 4 chairs….no lounge chairs. A big property with 4 floors but only 12 people allowed in pool at one time. Unable to get one of the room types we reserved.

When we opened the door to our room there was still a family in there. We were able to switch rooms. The new room had a musty odor of some sort that was hard to avoid. The air conditioner was loud and the toilet was hard to flush. The maid opened our door at 7am to clean our room while everyone was still in bed.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Very rude, non-helpful staff who only cares about the bottom line and not the customer who stays there. The rooms are dirty, the front desk staff doesn’t care, and heaven forbid you have any maintenance issues after 5 PM— you will have to fix them yourself because it’s not “financially responsible” to pay someone after 5 PM! The only good quality about this place? LEAVING!!!!
