We were disappointed with our stay. The room at this extended stay room was very under stocked. No coffee pot, dishcloth, dishsoap, napkins, cutlery. Cabinets were empty. Grab and go breakfast had 2 muffins out when we went, nothing else, no coffee just hot water. Had to wait and ring the bell repeatedly to check out

Not a desirable place to stay
The room smelled like mold. We had to buy air fresheners to mask it. The floors were filthy. Overall, the room was not clean. I would never stay at an Extended Stay again and told our friends the same.

Not a good place.
Really beat up. Stressed out staff. The breakfast was packaged oatmeal with no where to eat it. No dishes or cooking materials-empty cupboards. The carpet had more spots than a dalmation. Good thing i only had to stay one night.

Checked in after midnight. Got to room to right away find a baby cockroach in the sink in the kitchen. Then went to take a shower and found another cockroach in the shower. Needless to say, didn't feel very at ease with our things being in the room and afraid one was going crawl in our baggage and take it home with us. I didn't even think to take pictures because it was so late and we were very tired. I knew there were no other rooms available because at check in the lady said we got the last room. So I didn't even ask. All hotels in the area were sold out due to the festival going on so there was no way we would be able to find something else.

One of the worst hotels
This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed, everything about it was ridiculously bad, nastiest carpet, bathroom and bed. Big learning lesson, will never stay at a Extended Stay America again

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at, and I've been in lots of countries. The hotel reeked of marijuana when I entered, had sticky spots everywhere on the floor, had a broken exterior lock and a broken lock on the bathroom door. There were 2 cockroaches in the bathroom. The stove was broken, a shelf in the fridge was broken. A shelf in the closet was broken. I was told that there was actually no complimentary breakfast even though the website said there was. The AC unit was loud and raspy. The pillows were about 3/4 inch thick. When these issues were brought to the attention of the office, they simply said I needed to talk to the general manager, who wasn't there. I agreed to stay another night (much to my wife's dismay) if they would allow me to check out after that and not charge me for the other booked nights. Instead, when I returned home, I found that they charged me for all 5 nights. This is the worst hotel ever.

Cockroaches :(
The room seemed fine, it was spacious. But within 3 hours of our stay, we found 3 cockroaches in 3 different areas. The sink in the kitchen was clogged and oily ... hence the cockroaches. They say "breakfast" is provided, but it was just packets of oatmeal on our day. They should just say "no free breakfast," with coffee/tea so travelers can be prepared to make arrangements. We needed a hairdryer, they ran out of them :(

I had recommended thus hotel for our short stay to see the Balloon festival. My sister and her BF got to the hotel and were told that they room was canceled, they reserved days in advance and had a confirmation #. We had friends coming from Spain and they got to experience that plus upon arrival one of my guests needed to use the restroom and there is no restroom in the lobby. Plus no coffee. .

The sink in the kitchen was clogged and it would bubble up and then drain, it did this at least twice through out the night. When it drained out it would leave debris in the sink. I took pics. The rest of the stay was wonderful except they did not serve breakfast either.

Generally clean and convenient location
It’s at a convenient location and generally clean. You need to ask If you need a hairdryer and no guarantee availability. Breakfast items are instant oatmeal, tea, coffee, and oats bar. They are gone quickly and are not restocked quickly. Don’t count on the breakfast. The staff is friendly and responsive.

We arrived very late to the property. I had 2 rooms booked. The stuff was wonderful; however, the rooms had dirty carpets, chipped and old furniture; you felt that you wouldn’t want to touch anything.. I would have left and go to a different place if it wasn’t so late. They didn’t give me a receipt after check out because I booked thru a travel agency…. Very unpleasant experience
