This property was a terrible choice. We booked a non-smoking rooom and the first room we got wreaked of cigarette smoke. The second room, rt next door, still smelled but not as bad. I went to take my son a shower and there was pubic

First truly horrible experience from a hotels.com
The sheets were dirty The towels were dirty the room was dirty. This is a horrible experience in one of the worst I've had at hotels.com. you should remove them from your list of available options.

The floor was dirty, there was a large cockroach crawling around, one of the hand towels had holes and black stains on it, the sheets had visible dirt and someone else's hair, and one bed smelled faintly like a dog.

Room wasn’t quite ready had to wait When I did get into room no towels at all No phone in room had to walk to front desk to ask for towels. When they brought towels it is was 1 towel and 1 hand towel no wash cloth or other towels not even for the floor.

Bugged Out or the Roach Motel
Tge room lacked a trash can or ice bucket. Was given an ice bucket later and a trash bag for our trash. There were roaches and other bugs all over our room!!! Shady people wandering about in the early morning hours of the parking lot. A loud domestic type incident, at one point in the night, could be heard going on in another room around us. THE NEIGHBORHOOD IS NOT GOOD EITHER.

Bad breakfest, decent beds.
The staff is very very nice, the rooms are remodelled and it looks niceish. But, the breakfast is dirty and awful and they shouldnt even offer it. They offered rotting apples, dry cereal, unrefrigerated milk with milk rings around the container. They have a dirty waffle maker and no syrup, lukewarm watery coffee and a few pieces of bread to make toast with. They have juice, it tasted weird. Also, there was an entire transmission just sitting in the parking lot.

The place is old, out dated is ok but just dirty and dingy. Property has junked cars and trashy. Smells gross! Never again
