Though the hotel was great the AC did not work which made for a warm room. The staff did offer to switch us rooms on our last day we chose not too and they offered to bring us some floor fans which was great, but they never brought them. Other than that would definitely book again

Although I know that food-wise you have to please a large variety of guest preferences, the food could be a little better. For example, have a few more vegetables and a more fresh salad option. That being said, the dining choices were okay. Not high cuisine, but adequate for the price point. The rooms are great. Very clean and comfortable.

I’ve always enjoyed staying here! Check in is easy. The rooms are spacious; beds comfortable. Breakfast always great although the strawberries this morning were past their prime.

We are regulars at this property and has always been our go to while visiting in Albuquerque Unfortunately, we're not fans of all the animals we've seen while on our visit. It felt more like, "Petsmart"

Nice place for a short stay. Kids in the hotel seemed to love the pool. Buffett breakfast and happy hour are a bonus for budget if you need 😊 Balcony was nice.

When the checked out I discovered I was charged $75 for my service dog. The desk clerk rudely stated “your dog is not a service dog.” I asked if he had training to determine this. He replied again in a snippy tone that the dog was not with me, but with my husband, so he was not a service dog. I explained my disability does not require him to be by my side every moment, and the desk clerk said again, “your dog is not a service animal.” I am a Hilton Honors Member, as is my husband, and I am 75 years of age. Having been treated in that manner causes us to reconsider our high opinion of Hilton and likely will stay elsewhere when we travel.
