I booked my trip with my Hotel.com card i won with NM Lottery 2nd chance promotions. The Clerk a female was very nice but as i noticed the owner there seemed as he wasnt helpful to resolve a small issue i boticed he had peoples skills or he wouldve gave us some kind solution. He was more quick to say bo refunds here. My card was billed 61.00 but they wanted a 100 deposit. Before i areived i had a black plastic bag. I xhooSed to leave it outside the door of office after trying to comebup with solutions i stepped outside and boticed my bag was gone a security guy came in office i let him know that my ztuff was missing when i went to let him know he seemed to ignore me but the 2nd time i said somebody stoled my belongings he had had enough of me coming to window to acknowledge i had been robbed i got upset went to get my room at econolodge after not feeling accepted i got my room at econo only because the security office desided to run after me. He also told me to stay off property so i neve stayd ther ans was not allowed to get my deposit back. People adont care how much you know til they know how much you care. They do not care about you here Instead of them helping me the cutomer they were being entertained by a guy and his son with a bag of stolen goodssuch as Hygene Lotions all up on the counter they must of had 50 different items I left to go get the 35.00 i was short on deposit.I tried to enter bank but door was locked thats when the security came runnig after me th

Don't skip this place!
We booked a very last minute stay while on our drive cross country and the proximity to the Freeway and the reviews mentioned very comfortable beds. Our bed and pillows were VERY comfortable, the lot was secured with security patrol, and the strong coffee in the lobby was the perfect touch at checkout. I would highly recommend you stay here!

The area is not great and the parking is gated. A lot of homeless in the area, but I never felt threatened or uncomfortable. However, the person at the desk at check I should never be allowed to interact with guests. The booking says a $75 security deposit is required at check in. Then it warns you that it will take a week to be credited back to your card. So I wanted to use a different card so my money wasn’t tied up on my debit card. But the clown at the desk would not accept any other method of payment except the card used to pay for the room. This is a separate function and charge, but the person with only one brain cell could not understand that.

Affordable hotel for a quick trip.
The hotel was a 7 out of 10. The hotel was close to the interstate which was easy to access. The room smelt clean when we arrived but we did find a hair in the sheets. They had limited towels, when we asked the front office for additional towels, the gentleman was not very friendly. The room is small, you can hear all of the noise from outside including the cars passing by. They did have a security guard on site. They also provide bananas, apples or muffins for breakfast. The property outside was clean. There was plenty of space for parking.

I could get over the fact that 3 of my towels and my bedsheet were dirty upon arrival. But it’s unacceptable that some man who never identified himself just entered my room and said he needed to fix my air conditioning even though I didn’t have any issues. He never introduced himself, didn’t say hello, and didn’t even say that he was maintenance. If the air conditioner in my room needed to be fixed then he should’ve called my room to let me know, or left a note on my door, or better yet, maybe don’t put people in rooms that need maintenance without notifying them. I could have been in the bathroom or shower and he just decided to let himself in my room. That is UNACCEPTABLE for ANY reason! The room also smelled like cigarettes even though I booked a non smoking room. The window shade didn’t fully cover the window, so there was always light in my room at night. There’s a lot of road noise here as well. The positive is that there’s 2 grocery stores, a gas station, and mcdonalds within walking distance. I don’t ask for much with motels because you get what you pay for, but that doesn’t excuse that man entering a WOMAN’S room uninvited.
