The staff was Excellent! The room had several items that were broken along with both chairs being filthy and stained. The bed and linens were very clean, soft, and slept well.

The hotel was very accommodating of our needs for first floor and the staff was great with a super late check in. The area is very unsafe however and the room was filthy and smelled. We left as quickly as possible.

This hotel was very clean. It has two problems with the the bathroom. There was dripping water in the tub so i had to close the bathroom door so i could not hear it. And the switch for the over head heat lamp in the bathroom did not turn off buy it's self any longer. The refrigerator worked good and the microwave was clen and worked.

They charged a service fee which was not disclosed until we arrived which made it just as expensive as better options. The facility was run down with narks on the door that showed it was broken into
