Staff was kind and helpful. Our first room had a fold out bed and mattress was 4” thick and worn out. Staff was helpful and moved us to a roomier room with 2 very comfortable double beds. Unfortunately, the window wasn’t sealed well the traffic and wind were very noisy.

Loved this property. Will stay here again while visiting Albuquerque. The food at the restaurant was amazing!!!!! The hotel lost power, one of the mornings of the balloon festival, and the staff was top-notch on handling everything.

The staff provide very polite, courteous service. La Cantina restaurant has a mouth watering array of entrees and its within the hotel. Outdoor swimming pool is clean and towels are provided on each chair. I had no worries while staying at this hotel, best hotel I've stayed at, and I do travel often.

Road noise was not something that can be avoided , I guess. I had a minor electrical short in a wall light. Reported it in person to the night front desk. Nothing done about it . 2 days later I I tracked down a maintenance guy and he repaired it quickly. Housekeeping was very polite.

I would NEVER stay at this hole in the ground again. The staff was rude and racist. I stayed there for the Balloon Fest. I was so disappointed. The first night was traumatizing. The outlets did not work, there was insufficient linen, the phone cord had to be jiggled in order for the phone to work. We were moved to another room. The second night we were denied access, went to front desk and inquired about the inoperable key. Staff replied, "Its blinking yellow bc it dont work." Ya think? I was so ready to check out and GO. On the last day in the hole, all the power went out, no announcement from staff, just silent blackness. If you enjoy subpar amenities, this is the spot. The cafe is overcharged with cold powdered eggs. Just a nightmare all around.

For the price we paid, I don’t feel like we recieved the value. The air conditioner in our room did not work properly and we asked for it to be repaired, it was not. The breakfast “buffet” should just be included in the room rate, as there was not any variety and the food was all cold. Iris, the bartender was very friendly and hospitable. We most likely would not return

First time staying here, you have to request for a fridge and microwave to be brought up to your room if you need it. The indoor pool is a walk to get there and feels a bit sus when walking there. If you are just staying the night and heading out, then its okay but if you have a family, it's not so family friendly.

Beautiful lobby and nice accommodations. Area nearby was not the best. Hotel is close to highway which was convenient. The eastern views from our 9th floor room were beautiful.
