Disappointing Experience
I regret to say that my stay was overshadowed by a lack of understanding and accountability on the host's part. After checking out, I was falsely accused of causing damages that I did not create. Past visitors made these claims on October 4th, 2024, and the host has yet to provide any evidence to support the accusations made. Additionally, before even reaching quiet hours, the neighbors threatened to the police over a noise complaint, creating an unnecessary and uncomfortable situation. I have stayed at many VRBO properties and this experience was by far the most frustrating and unprofessional. I would caution future guests to be wary of unfair claims and overly stringent enforcement.

The house was cozy and clean. Beds were comfortable. They were nice enough to provide a travel shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste and towels. I would stay there again.

Balloon, fiesta trip
Excellent stay. Great experience and the location was perfect. Our only feedback would be perhaps stock few more clean towels and dishes as the cupboards seems a bit bare for some of our needs. The place was clean and well kept. Loved being adjacent to the park and within walking distance of the fiesta. We will definitely book here again for a future trip.

Great location
Kitchen could be cleaner. Would have been nice to have tissues, bar soap, extra toilet paper, dish towels. Twin beds were unsafe as they were wobbly. Put the top mattress on the floor. Said it slept 5 but only had beds for 4. Excellent location to the hot air balloon fiesta. Easy walk. Overall thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would recommend it.

A little disappointed
Grandma and grandpa came into town. Few marks on wall, blinds broken, sliding door had a screw that held door together. Popped out when moved door, kitchen trash can dirty, smelly.
