The rooms were clean and maintained well. Staff very helpful. They use scented detergent in washing the sheets. It permeates the whole room and is irritating to breathe. Ask for nonscented sheets when you sign up.

The hotel were very helpful and courteous even though they were very busy. My room was clean and bed comfortable. Most important it was very quiet so I could get a good night sleep.

I was surprised that I had to pay for a cup of coffee. Why couldn’t this motel provide a free cup of coffee like every other hotel/motel I have visited? Cheap.

This property is well run. It provides a pleasant stay in Albuquerque. We relaxed in the courtyard at the end of the day. We had some unusual requests due to a trip interruption, but the staff handled each one with grace and style. I highly recommend this property!

Staff was not friendly - when I greeted front desk person to check in she did not respond, was looking at her computer. I began to think she was ignoring me or didn't hear me when she finally acknowledged me. There was no hand soap in the bathroom. The pillows are terrible. No free coffee in lobby area.
