The hotel is in a HOMELESS INFESTED AREA. they lock the exterior doors at 10:30 PM, so that tells you something. The room was not in good condition. One of the two queen beds made metal squeaking noise, and was not comfortable. I slept with my gun loaded and ready, and couldn't wait to leave in the morning. If it was not because I couldn't get a refund, I would have stayed elsewhere. Don't believe the ratings of 10, because someone, perhaps staff may have cooked the books. The best thing they can do with this building is HOUSE THE HOMELESS in it. they already have taken over the neighborhood, so they might as well take over the hotel too.

The "curb appeal" of the property is less than desirable, as the hotel appears to be located in a slightly run down area. However, the hotel itself is clean and well-appointed. The room was comfortable and clean, the bed was very comfortable, the shower was hot and the towels were plush. Very good stay overall.

The A/C in Room 107 didn’t work well…not sure if the thermostat was functioning. The room didn’t cool to our liking. There was an odor in the room upon our entry, The bathroom wasn’t large enough for the two of us to be there at the same time. We will not stay there again! The best part was the check-in process with Roger. He was very friendly.
