Definitely should mention the population of homeless in the area based on everything you can see doesn't seem there would be anything close to what you see outside they're fenced in but will not prevent anything to happen to your vehicle

The hotel was convenient from HWY-40. A decent breakfast. The hotel was in a very sketchy area, many homeless, kind of run-down area lots of empty buildings, many warehouse type buildings.

Very nice property, helpful staff
Staff were very pleasant and helpful, putting us in a room just inside a side entrance by the dog station which made unloading and dog walking very convenient. Breakfast included scrambled eggs and sausage. The room was very clean with a comfortable bed. It was nice having a microwave (les a d less common) in addition to the fridge. In this area of downtown every property is fenced in which is not an optimal experience, but we were just passing through, so it didn't matter, and being next to the Interstate was convenient. The pet fee for our dog was more reasonable than many hotels.

Dirty, inconsiderate, no help when I ended up at the emergency room, the front desk wanted to charge us twice as much as we paid the night before even though we were forced to stay in town for another night. See my review above. Never again.
