Excellent villa 5 minutes walk from the beautiful S. Rafael. Situated in the quiet village of S. Rafael and 3 km from Albufeira. Proximity to the Salgados Golf Course, allowing you to associate this sport with your stay on the beach.
Fully renovated in 2015, kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, microwave, blender, 2 freezer refrigerators, toaster, coffee maker, ceramic hob, etc. It has living room with dining table for 10 people a sofa for four people and another for 3, two armchairs and two armchairs, air conditioning, TV and wifi. Five rooms, one of which has a private bathroom and balcony, with capacity for 10 people. There is one more sofa bed. It has four bathrooms. Outside there is a pool with sun all day, sun loungers on the lawn, terrace with barbecue and table for 10 people under a pergola that protects from excessive sun. Bed and bath linen included and supplemental cleaning mid week stays. Ironing board and iron. Hair dryers.

Reunion of Americans and Norwegians
Great place for two families coming together to travel and adventure from different countries in the Algarve. Great location. Lovely hosts. Wonderful accommodations that are spacious and welcoming with settings for all types of socializing. Don’t be surprised by the loud music late at night but not sure there’s much to be done about that.

Amazing little find! Everything you need! Perfect for a group golf trip. Only problems was the down stairs/ basement toilet blocked up and shower not working. Location Good! Price point Good! Facilities very good! Equipped with the basics. Pool clean!

Perfect stay for a group of friends!
House was very spacious and well looked after. The pool and the garden outside were ideal to spend time outside. Located 10 minutes away from the beautiful beach of San Rafael. Would definitely recommend if you want to stay a little away from the town of Albufeira.

Lina the owner is kind and her house has all the amenities.
I stayed here with my family of four and my college friend’s family of four. It has a great pool for the kids, is walking distance to two beaches and is a short drive to several others. Several stores nearby with everything we needed. A great environment for cooking and grilling in the evenings and eating outside or in the living room - the kitchen is pretty well stocked witheberything needed to make and serve some delicious meals. Lina, the owner, is extremely nice and very responsive and hospitable. I would definitely stay at any place she owned again. If you are to stay around during the afternoon hours (not that you should as their are amazing vistas to see and visit) there is a hotel adjacent to the backyard that plays lots of games and music but it ends by 5pm so is not disruptive to a quiet evening with friends and family enjoying good food and drinks in the backyard.

Spacious villa close to beautiful beach, restaurants etc within walkable distance.
We had a very enjoyable holiday in this well equipped villa, plenty of space indoors and out for five adults and four children. Size of swimming pool great for adults and kids and the barbecue area which we used several times was really useful. The nearby beach of Sao Rafael is an easy 10 minute walk, it does get a bit busy but we pre booked sun beds (18 euros) two with parasol so always got a good position on the beach, no public parasols allowed in this area. The kitchen was well equipped with two large fridge freezers so never short of space to keep food, water, drinks etc cool. Two coffee machines so we were always able to make a decent cup. We were able to get into the villa early on arrival and leave slighter later on departure which was very helpful. Instructions on how to get to the villa and gain access were very thorough and Lina was excellent with all communications from initial booking and onwards, booked lots of villas and Lina's response time was the best. As mentioned in previous reviews there is a bit of music coming from the nearby hotel mid morning but nothing that bothered us. Otherwise the villa is in a very quiet location. There is a small supermarket nearby, just down from the Sao Rafael Suites Hotel, fine for everyday items, milk, water, bread and drinks, otherwise we walked (15 to 20 mins) to the Oceana Supermarket which has an extensive range of products and a butchery. Did big shop two or three times and got taxi back. Our overall impression of the villa and surrounding area was great for a family holiday.

Amazing property to escape and enjoy the sun with family or friends
Lina's place was just what our group was looking for. Perfectly located within walking distance of the beach and away from the centre of town. Lina was the ultimate host and was very accommodating and responsive to any questions or requests. The house was even more beautiful in person. We'll be back!

Wonderful villa in a lovely location.
We have just spent a wonderful long weekend at the villa. The villa was spotless on arrival and Lina very kindly allowed us to check in early. There was a bottle of wine and a few provisions in the fridge waiting for us. The villa had plenty of space for all of us - 8 adults - both inside and out. The beaches at Sao Rafael beach and Soa Arrifes are only a few minutes walk away and there is a small general store in walking distance. Everything we needed! Whilst the area is generally quiet, the hotel that backs on to the villa has what we believe to be some form of aerobic workout every morning around 11! You can hear the music but it did not in anyway spoil our stay. We would highly recommend the villa, the beaches and the area generally. Lina has been extremely helpful, responding to all our queries promptly and made the booking process very straightforward. Thank you.

Spacious, comfortable villa
This villa is very large with lots of communal areas for everyone to relax in. The kitchen is large and equipped with two fridges - we used one for food, one for drinks. We enjoyed the pool and it was large enough for several adults to swim simultaneously. It was lovely sitting on the loungers round the pool and we used the BBQ too. A choice of beaches within walking distance. The villa is situated in a quiet area which is not overcrowded with tourists yet close enough to Albufeira for shopping/entertainment - a definite bonus. At times, there was noise from the hotel (behind the wall) but this did not spoil our stay. We had rented cars and this made shopping at Lidl easy. The villa was very clean and all furnishings in very good condition. Thanks

Perfect Outdoor Area, Less Perfect Indoors
First of all, I have to say that Lina was excellent! She was so quick to respond to any questions/issues, and tried to be as helpful as possible. I will say the house itself though fell short of expectations. The outdoors area was perfect - beautiful pool, great space for a group to sit outside together. However, the inside area fell short of expectations. While there was plenty of room, the house was not well stocked at all. There was not enough toilet paper for the group, garbage cans in rooms like bathrooms were MIA, some bathrooms were missing hand soap, towels provided were minimal, there was no laundry detergent left for use with the washing machine (usually houses provided that), and the kitchen smelled like sulfur upon entering the house. I was very disappointed at how poorly the house was stocked for even the most basic of supplies for our stay. In addition, some of the sheets were stained, and some of the appliances were broken, such as the shower head in the master bathroom. The house was not in the shape I would have expected. That being said, Lina was excellent at addressing many of these concerns - she sent someone over to provide more towels, change the stained sheets, and fix the shower head. So in terms of customer service, Lina was EXCELLENT. But overall the house fell a bit short of expectations.

Fantastic villa
Villa is beautiful, extremely clean and very spacious. We took 3 adults with learning disabilities plus 4 Support Workers. It provided the perfect base for us so have now returned 2 years in a row. Beautiful swimming pool. Great built in BBQ and lots of outdoor seating surrounding the villa. Restaurants around corner. Near to beaches and easy to get into Old Town, Albufeira for more choice of restaurants and shops. Extremely friendly and helpful villa host Lina. Lovely gift of food and wine for a light meal when we arrived after a long journey. Would absolutely stay again and highly recommend. Thank you.

Great experience!
Lina is a great host! Since the first contacts, she responded very fast and she also helped in finding a very close by 2nd housing when our meeting got larger than planned.Lina also helped with transfers contacts. The house is as described, close to the beaches, and has everything you may need. Check in and out were easy. Coming from different flights and part of the world, it was the perfect spot for our gathering and had great time.
