Set up cornhole (provided) or play a few rounds of volleyball or badminton while the afternoon's meal sizzles on the grill. Later, gather around the wood-burning firepit for starlight conversation and s'mores.

After the day's adventures, unwind in the living room with a selection of classic board games and a smart TV for family entertainment. An electric fireplace adds a touch of cozy ambiance. A sunny desk area is situated in front of the window for guests needing a place to check in with work or catch up on study. The kitchen comes well-equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances for at-home meal planning, plus a dishwasher for easy cleanup. The dining room accommodates guests for sit-down meals. Happy hour entertainment and friendly competition await in the game room, equipped with a pool table, darts, wall-mounted TV, and bar-top table. For additional entertainment, there's a Ping-Pong table in the basement. All three bedrooms feature new air-conditioners for updated guest comfort.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
