The staff is very friendly. We traveled with our dog & the room was convenient for trips outside. It was a designated dog room, so the carpet was trashed, but overall clean. Comfortable bed.
The only negative is when I booked online there was no mention of the additional $25 per night for our dog and nowhere to include the information that I had a dog.
I would stay at Cardinal Inn again.
