In the heart of the mountain, Prat-de-Bouc sector, at the foot of the ski tow, we offer you this superb 3-bedroom apartment located on the first floor of the Grange des Roches residence. It can accommodate 8 people.
It has a living room with a flat-screen TV open to a bright and friendly dining room and a fully equipped kitchen (filter coffee maker, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, citrus press, raclette appliances...).
You can also enjoy 2 bedrooms with a 140x200 bed each, then a bedroom with 2 80x200 beds (which can be combined into 1 160x200 bed) and a bunk bed 90x190. You will then find a sanitary area with three sinks, two enclosed showers and two separate toilets. The central heating is gas-fired.
You can enjoy a shared laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Cleaning equipment (vacuum cleaner, broom, products...) is provided as well as an iron and ironing board and a drying rack.
You will also find right next to the building, the Buron de Prat de Bouc to restore yourself and taste our Auvergne specialties.
All shops and services are located in Murat, a village 10 km from this accommodation.
