Our retreat in the middle of nature, with a fantastic view of the Nockberge mountains. Perfect for groups and families to get together and relax.
The house was originally planned as 3 apartments. This is still the case, but we only rent it out as a whole - as a group house. Upstairs there are two separate apartments, each with two bedrooms. A smaller bedroom with a double bed and the living room can easily be converted into a bedroom where up to 4 people can sleep in 2 double beds. Both apartments on the upper floor are identical. This means we have space for a maximum of 12 people upstairs. There is also a bathroom and a small kitchen with fridge upstairs. On the first floor there is a large living room with a wonderful and special tiled stove. The dining room and the large kitchen are equipped with everything you need to cook for up to 20 people. On the ground floor we also have 2 toilets, an entrance hall with plenty of space for skis etc. and the hallway. There are 2 more bedrooms in the basement. One with a double bed, which is quite large, and a very large bedroom with a dormitory for up to 6 people including a large TV and its own wood-burning stove. In the basement there is also a sauna, a bathroom with shower and double washbasin and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer as well as a ski boot warmer. A door leads from the large room downstairs to the huge south-facing terrace with plenty of lounge furniture. Everything you need for a great vacation with friends or groups is on site. The house is ideal for 8 to 18 people. But the maximum is 20.
It is important to note that in addition to the fee charged by Fewo, additional costs for electricity according to consumption 0.40 € per KwH and a wood flat rate of 80, - € for firewood is charged on site. On request, bed linen and towels can be rented from the property management for 15,- € per linen set.

Tolles Ferienhaus
Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche mit Freunden und Familie verbracht, sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, Küche hat alles was man braucht, grosser Ess- und Wohnbreich mit einem tollen Kachelofen der schöne Wärme bringt. Die Lage ist top mit einer tollen Aussicht bis zu den slowenischen Alpen. Es liegt sehr einsam in einer Fereinhaussiedlung. Das Haus ist für Gruppen bis zu 20 Personen ausgelegt, optimal ist es für 12 Personen, dann ist genügend Platz für alle. Eine Sauna ist ebenfalls vorhanden, Strom und Kurtaxe muss vor Ort bei der sehr netten Verwalterin bezahlt werden. Das Skigebiet schließt schon am 10. März, das Nächste ist in der Turracher Höhe in 20 Minuten Fahrtzeit zu erreichen und hatte Anfang April noch sehr gute Schneeverhältnisse, Einkaufsmöglichkeit liegt auf dem Weg ca 10 Minuten Fahrtzeit. Alles in Allem eine schöne Zeit, wir würden jedenfalls wieder dorthin fahren.
