The pool was closed. I specifically called earlier in the day to make sure it was open and told it was. Only to be told it was closed when I arrived. The pool was the reason I chose this hotel. Needless to say I was pretty disappointed.

The staff were amazing. Our flight was cancelled. I call for a pickup at the airport and they treated me like family. The shuttle was there in less than 5 minutes. I would differently recommend Tru.
