Ok for a night or two
Apartment was as described, it IS the basement unit in a very old building. It was good for a night or two. I had requested a resident parking permit as a precaution as we were in a busy area of town. It was only sent when we got there, when I texted him that I was having difficulty getting into the unit. It had to be printed and since we were already there it became a moot point. Luckily we were able to park w/o issue. Unfortunately the place while comfortable lacked a few basics. No instructions for working the TV, no extra TP (which was needed) no tissues, empty shampoo bottle, no hand towel or washcloth. I did text the owner just as an FYI, when we were leaving but have not heard back which was pretty par for the communication aspect.

Cute clean right on Lark
My best friend and I came to meet a realtor and do some househunting and I wanted to stay in the neighborhood where I am looking. This darling little place was perfect. It’s probably best for a couple as there are no doors, only archways, or a very close friend. Brian answered our messages within a minute.
