The entire property, comprised of 4 separate units, is all yours when booking here. Perfect for those who have big families, reunions, corporate travels, school teams, or groups traveling for sports, golfing, and leisure.

Offering a tranquil escape, this newly renovated home has everything you need. With two fully equipped kitchens, cook up a feast while roasting smores in the backyard firepit. This house was built for making lasting memories.

There are TWO 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom units on the main floor and second floor with separate entrances to each. They contain their own full kitchens with stainless steel appliances, dining area, living rooms, washers and dryers, and air conditioning.

There are an additional two units which are 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom basement units. They have their own 'heat and eat' stations with a microwave and mini fridge, and in addition to their own entrances, also each have a door that can open up into the main unit above them.

With 10 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, this property can sleep up to 24 guests (20 guests on beds, 4 on couches). This is a beautiful historic property. With each unit being newly renovated, and attention to detail in all the décor and furnishing, this is the perfect spot for a grand adventure.

Downtown Albany is a unique historic place. You will see many collections, boutiques and antique shops. The antiquity of the historic downtown is what makes it special. It is a walkable city, where you can park your car and take a gander at what the historic downtown area has to offer. Just blocks from Albany's downtown district , Antique mall, with 100's of shops, restaurants, museum, live theaters, Historical Carousel and Museum . Willamette river nearby, Monteith Riverpark , home to summer's River Rhythms series. Holiday historical homes parade.

Please note correct pricing is based on correct guest count.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm - 7am.

- NO SMOKING anywhere on premises.

- Do not use any kind of dye in the showers, sinks, or baths.


- Pet Rules:
We are glad to host your pets too. Please note no pets or animals (including service animals) are allowed in the basement units.

Regardless of how well trained the pet is, we have found pets do crazy things at unfamiliar locations. I really do not want to charge for cleaning carpets or floor rugs. It’s a pain, so please READ carefully! Thank you!

We ask for compliance in a few house rules:

•Do NOT invite them onto the furniture so we can keep it in great condition for all who are to come!

•DO NOT allow them into the bedrooms. Keeping the doors closed will make this easy. We just replaced the carpets in many locations and want to keep them fresh and pet smell free.

•We encourage you to bring your pets favorite bedding and blankets to prevent marking or nervous accidents. Trust us, they do happen!

•Please keep them on wood flooring, use the baby gates provided or close bedroom doors to ensure compliance.

•Let me know if you do not have extra bedding for them, I will provide it to you.

•The bathroom tub or showers are for humans only.

•When taking your pet out to the bathroom, please pick up after them. Other guests will greatly appreciate your taking responsibility for this.

•Lastly, please do NOT Leave them alone unkenneled. We offer Rover service , if you are going to be gone and cannot take your animal or kennel them. Let us know and we can arrange it!

There is a $75 per week per pet fee for dogs (capped at $225 per month), Any other pets will be considered on a case by case basis- please inquire. If you already paid it through your reservation, great! If not, please reach out and we can discuss the various channels depending on how you booked that we can use.

*Violations of house rules may result is a $250 fine.
