it ain't safe
I wanted to not really have to write this review because my overall stay went really well until I arrived home and realized that my leather jacket was not in my suitcase where I had packed it. I notified the hotel and ask them to review camera footage and they played games with me for almost 2 weeks for they told me that a key interrogation revealed that no one had entered my room however housekeeping was in my room both times in the hallway and I believe that somebody entered my room and took my jacket it was a brand new black leather jacket. Management gave me the runaround as far as I'm investigating it and then the final communication was very disrespectful and passive aggressively rude and nasty I do not suggest you stay at this hotel unless absolutely necessary I'm sure there are other ones but my jacket was stolen and it took them a week and a half to tell me that they don't have cameras in the hallways when that's what they should have said initially they will protect their staff and protect their brand and if your things get stolen you will be at a loss so I did not appreciate the whole overall after experience with regards to my stay there they have thieves on staff

The suite we had smelled like someone smoked cigarettes in there. After we turned the AC on and sprayed Cologne it was better. Besides that we had a good stay.

The hotel is fine but do NOT book it through a third party! Book it directly with the hotel. Reason is that if you book directly you can cancel or change your booking down to 24 hours before, If you book through a certain popular travel website the reservation is locked in the instant you enter your credit card number and even though the HOTEL website says 24 hour cancellation, it’s not because the hotel staff can’t alter the third party’s booking.. This has happened to me twice- once on a full cancellation and once on a delay one day arrive.
