Worst night
First the hotel was under renovation with no mention of this when booking. The construction was supposed to stop at 6pm and had to contact the front desk at 7pm to inform them that they were still working. There was two rooms full of unattended children under us screaming, slamming doors and when trying to contact the front desk there was no one available to handle it. We had to find the parents of these kids and have them take care of it. Needless to say we got no sleep which ruined the rest of of weekend.

When we first checked in only one room was ready, we couldn’t checkin to 2nd room at 3pm when we got there we had to check in at 930pm, the front desk person was not accommodating as could have been given circumstances. The next day the fire alarm went off three times with no one being clear if we had to exit or not. The construction worker said it was due to housekeeper spraying too much Lysol? The housekeeping staff and the one gentleman at the front desk at checkout were pleasant and greeted us kindly and were friendly. On 2nd night Kids were banging on doors from midnight to 1 am. Then screaming arguments at 3 am and another at 4 am with a teenager kicking hotel doors out of anger. I was so exhausted didn’t have energy to complain properly. I, just wanted to leave as soon as we could.

All-in-all it was good for one night. Our only real problem was that the heating fan was very, very noisy. We tried to catch some sleep when it stopped, but when it restarted it jarred us out of sleep. Otherwise it was clean, pleasant.

Did not like the moldy, peeling ceiling in shower. Pretty disgusting. Hard to believe such a well known hotel has a bathroom in this condition. Bed was comfortable and rest of room was clean and roomy.

Listing includes airport shuttle; doesn't state it's limited hours. Front desk personnel told me I should have checked with the property and handed me a card for taxi service. I never check with a property to verify amenities...at least haven't had to with hotels com.
