The property was clean, great staff that had pride in their work and Cared about the customer. Matt, airport shuttle guy and maintenance guy was fantastic. Very kind and caring guy. The rental car company had messed up My rental and I had to go back to the airport at 10. Pm. Hours after the fact. Matt took me in the shuttle and waited until my problem Was resolved. Just a great group. The breakfast staff was very friendly too. Very nice stay.

Way over priced for what you get! Bed was not comfortable, elevator not working all weekend (found out only when we arrived at check in) and the AC was not working in the complete building the first night. Disappointing for a Marriott! Will not go back next time we sleep in Albany (too pricy for what you get!)

Good value for money. The breakfast was quite nice. Rooms were spacious. It’s nice that the hotel is situated well back from the road. If you’re travelling through Albany and need a comfortable place to stay, this is property is a great choice.
