I was very impressed with my room. It was very comfortable and clean, and even had a few pops of color. I also liked that it was next door to Ruby Tuesday, so I could just walk to have dinner

Evening Front Desk staff friendly, am not so much. While the room was clean the paint was peeling off the wall, the ceiling was cracked and bubbled in many places. It works for an overnight stop.

The one problem was we had a grad party in the parking lot next to our room. I heard someone say at 3 am to go to their room. That means I got no sleep and was very tired the next day. When traveling across the us it would be nice to get some rest to enjoy our few days. No one should of been put near the rooms with the kids.

Requested handicap room due to physical limitations. We were placed on 2nd floor with no elevator. TV was inoperable. It took several hours to be replaced. Door lock inoperable and deadbolt broken. We were aware all night because door would not shut properly. Neighbors in adjoining room stood outside our door all night for 2 nights yelling to top of their voice. Traffic noise horrible due to door ajar. Complains was made at check in to desk clerk. Supposedly we were to be assigned another room. Never happened. Called and complained about yelling outside of room. No resolution. This is the final time I will ever use Expedia again. I have been more than generous giving you opportunities to improve. This is the third reservation through you in twelve months and every one of them have had severe problems and I was given no credit or renumeration.

Great: Clean sheets and towels, breakfast has a little variety compared to others. Location is convenient AF. Good:Easy to find, off the main streets, pool was nice, good outdoor sitting area. Spooky: Two drive-by shootings nearby, you cannot request a do not disturb, the cleaning staff follow you around the area and stare.

Tired dirty room
This hotel was just tired. Doors were chipping, there was holes in the wall where a picture used to hang. The grab bars on the bathtub and toilet were filthy with mud led and chipping paint! However, it did appear as if they were still n the process of renovating as there was new flooring and a comfortable bed. There was a lot of smoking outside the rooms in the evening and there was quite a large gap at the threshold so the smell permeated the room.

Room was tiny, no closet, no tv remote, no ice bucket and only 2 lamps for light. Breakfast was ridiculous and horrid and included nothing hot. The only positive item to mention was a comfortable bed. This property was very overpriced for what we received. TERRIBLE!
